Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to enhance development workflows.
- Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce development best practices.
- Resolve complex production issues to ensure high system uptime.
- Utilize Salesforce's declarative tools effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Advanced proficiency in programmatic development on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert knowledge of the Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience with large-scale data migrations and integration patterns.
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required; II preferred.
