Responsibilities
- Support application and infrastructure reliability through monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
- Follow and support ITSM incident, problem, and change management practices.
- Assist with automation and DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Support services operating in AWS-based, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Contribute to foundational AI-driven initiatives such as chatbot and IVR capabilities.
- Partner with engineering and business teams to improve service performance and availability.
- Support PCI compliance and enterprise audit requirements.
Requirements
- Require 2–5+ years of experience in SRE, IT operations, production support, or related roles.
- Require beginner-level understanding of ITSM frameworks and practices.
- Require exposure to automation and orchestration tools.
- Require basic knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts.
- Require beginner-to-intermediate experience monitoring applications and infrastructure.
- Require familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS.
- Require awareness of AI-driven or automation-led capabilities such as chatbots and IVR enhancements.
- Require basic understanding of PCI and compliance or audit processes.
- Prefer exposure to Contact Center technologies including Avaya, Genesys, and IVR.
- Require strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to operate across hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
