Base Salary
$230k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship mission-critical features such as filing infrastructure that clients use daily.
- Own and manage features while driving measurable outcomes.
- Work directly with customers to improve and optimize platform components such as filing generation and submission speed.
- Own the end-to-end development of new product lines for Sphere’s AI-native compliance platform.
- Lead and mentor additional engineers in component areas where you have experience.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, which powers the core application backend and data pipeline services.
- Comfort contributing to frontend and React work when needed.
- Very strong attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and compliance data.
- Experience with large volumes of transaction data is preferred.
- Experience with Django or a Python ORM is preferred.
