Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect agentic runtimes for executing complex workflows.
- Design high-performance systems for retrieval-augmented generation.
- Develop the automated infrastructure for large-scale simulations and error analysis.
- Collaborate with modeling teams to create hardened microservices from raw LLM capabilities.
- Direct infrastructure strategy for model routing and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems or backend infrastructure for AI/ML products.
- Proficiency in Go or Java for systems and Python for AI orchestration.
- Strong understanding of database internals and cloud-native architecture.
- Familiarity with AI plumbing, including vector indices and scalable data pipelines.
