Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy reliable and scalable software systems focused on AI agent tooling and machine learning applications.
- Create, evaluate, and safely deploy autonomous AI agents in production.
- Integrate AI agent solutions across the platform with engineering managers and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality, performance, and operational maturity.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for features and components on the AI Tooling roadmap.
- Manage project tasks through the software development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for production AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor designing and delivering complex software solutions.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with engineering workflow tools such as Jira and Git.
- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic loop design, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Experience coordinating with product, research, and other cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and applying AI agent technology to threat intelligence and client safety.
