Base Salary
$192k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance, secure, and well-documented UI and APIs.
- Develop schemas and manage diverse data systems for optimal performance.
- Drive the implementation of front-end and backend services.
- Diagnose and optimize system bottlenecks for high availability.
- Leverage AWS services and modern DevOps practices for system deployment.
- Collaborate with ML researchers and scientists to integrate data pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of engineering experience in building large-scale systems.
- Strong experience with React and Typescript.
- Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and emerging database technologies.
- Proven ability to design and scale RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants.
- Experience in scientific or data-intensive domains.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities in backend challenges.
