Responsibilities
- Help establish the technology roadmap and application architecture.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable Swift code.
- Design, build, and improve team-owned components and scalable design documentation.
- Participate in thoughtful code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
- Conduct technical interviews, live coding sessions, and detailed candidate evaluations.
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Promote engineering best practices through brown bags, tech talks, and other knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of Swift and experience delivering high-quality code.
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Experience working closely with designers and product managers.
- Ability to write clear, scalable design documentation and improve team-owned components.
- Preferred experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Preferred experience with declarative UI frameworks such as SwiftUI.
- Preferred experience with unidirectional and reactive programming.
