Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to conceptualize features and contribute to product roadmaps.
- Understand customer businesses, needs, and industry-specific technical opportunities and challenges.
- Build, maintain, and optimize web and mobile product features that support user collaboration.
- Own team features or systems, define their long-term health, and improve surrounding systems.
- Mentor other engineers and conduct in-depth code reviews.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, processes, and best practices for planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Experience building web and mobile software products using TypeScript, SQL databases, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with mobile-first, responsive, and iterative web development.
- Ability to write understandable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to designers, support teams, and engineers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or diploma in web development, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- React Native and GraphQL knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with cloud providers and service deployment, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, is preferred.
