Responsibilities
- Build out Pinner-facing frontend features in Android.
- Contribute to and lead each step of the product development process.
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams for end-to-end functionality.
- Suggest new product ideas and features from a Pinner's perspective.
- Employ automated testing to ensure high technical quality.
- Grow as an engineer by collaborating on varied and high-impact projects.
- Leverage AI for faster execution and to synthesize information.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Android development and best practices in Kotlin and/or Java.
- 3+ years of industry Android application development experience.
- Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code.
- Ability to stay updated with new technologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow.
- Strong track record of evaluating AI-assisted work.
- High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
