Responsibilities
- Develop consumer and enterprise Android applications.
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software.
- Participate in code reviews and perform extensive testing.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the software development team.
Requirements
- Experience developing Android applications.
- Strong command of programming and computer science concepts.
- Understanding of end-to-end mobile application development and server-side interactions.
- Knowledge of mobile UI implementation, common development frameworks, and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of modern Android development, Java and/or Kotlin, Android Jetpack, and MVVM or MVP design patterns.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach and commitment to improving software development workflows and processes.
- Experience with or understanding of ReactiveX frameworks, GraphQL, iOS development with Swift, or cross-platform development with React Native, Flutter, Ionic, Xamarin, or Cordova is preferred.
