Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Integrate manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance within manufacturing environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and broader teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing engineering.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
- Skill in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in manufacturing environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
