Responsibilities
- Write testable .NET code and develop unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Develop and deploy high-volume, high-transaction distributed and redundant cloud applications.
- Understand, explain, and implement modern distributed architectures for scalable and fast applications.
- Collaborate on a time-zone-distributed Agile team operating in a continuous delivery model.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related area, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Preferred experience with microservices, HTTP APIs, design patterns, principles, and frameworks.
- Preferred understanding of security concepts and best practices.
- Preferred experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Preferred experience with Azure cloud, distributed teams, manufacturing environments, and front-end UI troubleshooting.
