Responsibilities
- Build and support scalable, secure, resilient software solutions for SaaS platforms.
- Design and own integrations for SaaS and hosted applications.
- Install, review, analyze, and evaluate existing solutions and implement recommendations for longevity, stability, performance, and availability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers, users, vendors, and Engineering, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Produce development artifacts, participate in code reviews, and follow SDLC governance.
- Evaluate vendors and participate in vendor selection.
- Provide technical leadership and drive delivery within complex, fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of preferred work experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
- Experience with a full-stack platform such as .NET or Python.
- Hands-on experience with a database system such as SQL Server or MongoDB.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and API management.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Code, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of AI and data analytics capabilities, including foundational hands-on GenAI experience.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Power Automate or Logic Apps.
- Ability to debug issues, collaborate effectively, adapt to new technology stacks, and practice clean code, coding standards, design patterns, code reviews, and source-code management.
