Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and service quality of Workplace Services products through monitoring, performance assessment, troubleshooting, and proactive issue prevention.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting strategies, including dashboards and analysis of monitoring data to anticipate disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, and adoption of best practices across Workplace Services systems.
- Collaborate with automation teams, infrastructure departments, strategic partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Develop custom tools and applications for monitoring, diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, incident response, and operational efficiency.
- Create and review architecture, solution, and process documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to Operations teams.
- Lead technical calls and troubleshooting discussions to identify and implement solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or comparable hands-on experience, plus 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- Expertise with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring, alerting, dashboard design, and data visualization.
- In-depth experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Azure cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS/CVAD, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management platforms.
- Advanced PowerShell and Python skills for automation and custom tool development.
- Experience developing web-based tools, remote diagnostics, and automation solutions that integrate multiple data sources.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across complex technology stacks, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent written and spoken English; familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is advantageous.
