Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, system-level, and interoperability test cases.
- Create test plans, test strategies, execution documentation, detailed test reports, and quality metrics.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, reusable components, and test suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing processes, tools, efficiency, and coverage.
- Perform end-to-end testing of telecom applications, network management systems, REST APIs, SOAP services, and JMS-based integrations.
- Validate database transactions, data integrity, performance, and application interactions using complex SQL queries.
- Analyze logs, traces, defects, and system behavior; reproduce, document, track, triage, and support resolution of issues.
- Validate LTE Core Networks, IP/MPLS Networks, OSS platforms, telecom protocols, network management, and service assurance functionality.
- Support UAT, customer validation, system integrations, root cause analysis, technical reviews, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, automation testing, or telecom system validation.
- Experience with telecom applications, OSS platforms, network management systems, defect analysis, automation, and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, JBoss Application Server, automated test suites, test automation frameworks, and software troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL knowledge, database testing experience, relational database systems, and complex SQL query development.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JMS queues, message-based integrations, and application or middleware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, Python, Perl, and system log analysis or automation scripting.
- Knowledge of LTE Core Networks, IP/MPLS Networks, telecom protocols and architectures, network management systems, and FCAPS.
- Preferred experience with OSS/BSS, telecom service assurance, 4G EPC, 5G Core architectures, containerized environments, cloud-native applications, DevOps, CI/CD, and performance or load testing tools.
- Fluent English, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work independently in multicultural cross-functional teams.
