Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases based on documented scenarios and create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Java, SQL, Gherkin, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.
- Analyze logs, query databases, validate data consistency, prepare test data and IAM test accounts, and investigate defects.
- Test integrations, end-to-end business processes, and UAT activities across DEV, QA, PREPROD, and PROD environments.
- Document test evidence, report and track defects, and support defect resolution throughout the defect lifecycle.
- Coordinate test execution with distributed teams and contribute to QA standards, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
- Strong experience with manual testing, test execution, defect management, test documentation, and test planning.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar quality and defect management tools, plus Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Experience with UAT, Cucumber/Gherkin, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, BrowserStack, and/or Perfecto.
- Experience creating automation scripts with Java, SQL, or Gherkin and using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle and/or SQL Server databases, including experience with SQL Developer or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze application logs, troubleshoot issues, manage synthetic test data and IAM test accounts, and work in Unix/Linux environments.
- Understanding of DEV, QA, PREPROD, and PROD lifecycle environments and experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, mentoring experience, and participation in quality audits.
- Nice-to-have experience includes test evidence collection, simulators, integration testing, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
