Responsibilities
- Create and map test scenarios for Cloud and Firmware products.
- Perform API, manual functional, automated, load, and performance testing as applicable.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and evaluate test results.
- Review system requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to solve problems and improve product quality.
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities and promote a culture of quality.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience developing test cases and conducting manual functional testing.
- Knowledge of API tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress automation frameworks is preferred.
- Firmware or hardware functional testing experience and knowledge of IoT devices are preferred.
- Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Load and performance testing experience and startup or scaleup experience are preferred.
