Responsibilities
- Solve complex software problems using appropriate technologies and engineering practices.
- Design and build stable, performant, flexible, and maintainable software systems.
- Apply sound architecture and design approaches while managing complexity and system resources.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers on project ideas and product initiatives.
- Contribute to greenfield healthcare, ML/GenAI, and scalable business initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- At least 2 years of experience building complex software systems.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
