Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications using C# and .NET.
- Implement multithreaded, high-performance systems with memory management and cross-platform Linux support.
- Integrate industrial protocols, serial communication, hardware abstractions, and real-time data acquisition systems.
- Develop APIs, streaming systems, and real-time configuration capabilities.
- Work with Kafka, Avro, PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
- Deploy systems using Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and related infrastructure services.
- Address security, testing, API governance, technical documentation, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Expertise in C# and .NET 8, multithreading, memory management, and cross-platform .NET on Linux.
- Expertise with LXI, SCPI, Modbus, serial communication, byte-level processing, and data acquisition.
- Advanced experience with Kafka, Confluent Client, Avro, high-throughput streams, partitioning, exactly-once semantics, and Schema Registry.
- Experience with SignalR, WebSockets, OpenAPI/NSwag, RESTful API design, and real-time configuration using Base64 and JSON.
- Advanced AWS experience, including ECS, EKS, RDS, and IAM, plus Kubernetes/K3s deployment strategies.
- Advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, partitioning, and replication experience.
- Expertise with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, device communication, hardware abstraction, and protocol integration.
- Knowledge of REST/gRPC API governance and Arc42/C4 technical documentation.
- Experience managing stakeholders and making distributed-systems design decisions.
