Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Automate identity lifecycle management for human and non-human identities, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Engineer authentication, authorization, and SSO integrations using platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Implement RBAC, JIT access, provisioning models, and privileged access controls.
- Enforce least privilege, time-bound access, approval workflows, and session governance for administrative access.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve the reliability and scalability of identity systems.
- Lead complex identity initiatives, including technical design, delivery planning, execution, risk management, and outcome ownership.
- Author and maintain IAM policies, standards, procedures, and runbooks and support audits and compliance activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IAM or Identity Security experience.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Strong experience with PAM, JIT access, and non-human identity management.
- Strong automation and scripting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
