Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python-based AI workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate LLM APIs and SDKs to develop conversational agents, RAG pipelines, and tool-using agents.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, stateful workflows, tool calling, memory management, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Convert business SOPs and runbooks into executable workflows with routing and escalation logic.
- Identify repetitive processes and design AI-agent automation solutions using APIs, databases, and ticketing systems.
- Design autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with guardrails, confidence thresholds, and fallback paths.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business logic, edge cases, and exception handling requirements.
- Monitor agent performance, analyze failures, and iterate on prompts, routing, and tool definitions.
- Decompose requirements into technical tasks with acceptance criteria and produce technical documentation.
- Debug and root-cause issues across databases, LLM behavior, and application interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid Python proficiency, including async/await, type hints, virtual environments, and packaging.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or an equivalent LLM orchestration framework.
- Experience consuming LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and agentic AI concepts including tool calling, function calling, ReAct patterns, RAG, and vector stores.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or a similar Python API framework.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and troubleshoot across system layers.
- Ability to interpret SOPs, business process documents, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD basics.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
