Responsibilities
- Create technical content such as tutorials, sample applications, and blog posts for developers using Backblaze B2.
- Build and publish working code examples and demos for AI/ML workflows and media applications.
- Contribute to and improve developer documentation and quickstart guides.
- Engage with developer communities on social media, Discord, Slack, and GitHub.
- Represent Backblaze at developer events and conferences.
- Support startup cohort members in overcoming technical challenges.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify technical blockers and create relevant content.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience as a software developer or engineer with cloud infrastructure experience.
- Direct experience with AI/ML workflows involving storage.
- Ability to write working code and explain it to other developers.
- Established presence in developer communities through social media or conference talks.
- Strong written communication skills for technical tutorials and internal summaries.
- Self-directed and proactive in identifying content needs.
