Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support installed systems and infrastructure, evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Design, implement, and monitor secure, fault-tolerant enterprise infrastructure.
- Define and evolve auditable build, release, source-control, continuous-integration, and change-management practices.
- Maintain DevOps tooling and automate scalable, secure, and reliable deployment pipelines.
- Build infrastructure automation tools and frameworks and integrate applications into cloud environments.
- Use monitoring tools to troubleshoot and diagnose environment issues and automate repetitive work.
- Partner with Cloud Infrastructure and Security teams to follow organizational policies and best practices.
- Automate security controls and enable developer productivity, environment monitoring, self-healing, and autonomous delivery teams.
- Educate, coach, mentor, and set technical standards for other engineers and stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience with AWS DevOps, cloud architecture, networking, deployment processes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience solving complex problems, creating algorithms, and working through challenging requirements.
- Experience creating software in an agile, iterative environment.
- Experience with source control, including Git, branching, and merging.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organization, critical-thinking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to educate teams on DevSecOps practices, communicate technical concepts at all organizational levels, and coach or mentor team members.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Knowledge of Federal Government NIST compliance is preferred.
