Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and modify components of software applications and tools.
- Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests to support continuous integration pipelines.
- Support and troubleshoot data and system issues.
- Improve solutions for defined problems and maintain technical design and business partner documentation.
- Resolve roadblocks, drive issues to closure, and participate in code and design reviews.
- Collaborate with the team on user story creation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related major, or equivalent related professional experience.
- Experience with JVM technologies or functional programming in an equivalent language.
- Experience using code versioning tools such as Git.
- Preferred: experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Aurora, or DynamoDB.
- Preferred: experience with Kotlin, Redis, or Chef.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development practices and effective technical communication skills.
