Responsibilities
- Maintain the Windchill PLM roadmap and develop PLM architecture supporting business processes.
- Perform technical requirements analysis and assess Windchill solutions.
- Provide expert recommendations on solution concepts, technical issues, dependencies, technology choices, and implementation challenges.
- Coordinate with PLM vendors, third-party consultants, delivery teams, service operations, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables follow architectural, security, compliance, coding, and technical documentation standards.
- Analyze technical impacts on Windchill, infrastructure, client systems, upgrades, interfaces, and downstream systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
- 8–10 years of experience with PLM systems.
- At least 7 years of experience with Windchill technology across various disciplines.
- Experience with Windchill customization and integration.
- Broad technical background supporting various technologies.
- Experience providing customer support and resolving technical issues.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Preferred experience with Windchill Webservices/REST API, ThingWorx/Navigate, PDM/MPM Link, Options & Variants, and CAD/WGM.
