Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered features within the Codebeamer platform.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks, LLMs, emerging AI technologies, and third-party AI services into enterprise software systems.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value and drive AI innovation.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and influence architecture and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers, review code, and guide AI-centric solution design.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate user needs into AI-driven capabilities.
- Ensure AI model performance, security, reliability, compliance, and governance standards.
- Contribute to documentation, architectural artifacts, and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including NLP algorithms, LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, predictive modeling, or recommendation systems.
- Extensive experience designing, evaluating, and scaling generative AI and agentic AI solutions across enterprise environments.
- Strong Python or Java development skills.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, HuggingFace, Pydantic AI, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Experience with LLM integration, agentic systems, RAG, vector databases, and model fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or cross-functional AI/ML projects.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with enterprise-grade scalable software systems, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, AWS, and Azure.
- Preferred experience designing AI-driven user workflows or intelligent UI components and understanding security, compliance, and governance for AI systems.
- Ability to drive architectural decisions and influence AI strategy at scale.
