Base Salary
$231k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons.
- Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
- Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects.
- Protect users’ privacy and security through best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy.
- A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents.
- Able to learn quickly and mentor others.
- Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
- Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team.
