Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software applications and systems.
- Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and architectural design of complex software systems.
- Manage feature and project execution, priorities, deadlines, and delivery quality.
- Review code and provide feedback while maintaining technical excellence and best practices.
- Build testable software, define tests, and automate testing using tools such as JUnit and Selenium.
- Maintain service health and quality, resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Own the software lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production maintenance in a DevOps model.
- Document features, enhancements, and fixes and contribute to training materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and product management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular.
- Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency with GitHub and JIRA.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; CI/CD pipelines; automation tools; and test automation frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with accessible technology development and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
