Base Salary
$130k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery and product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate identity solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Build and customize demo applications and integrations using JavaScript and Python.
- Help customers evaluate and implement identity solutions with APIs and third-party services.
- Translate complex identity and security concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
- Support RFPs/RFIs and respond to technical questions during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role.
- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript and/or Python.
- Experience working directly with customers in technical support or sales engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
