Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end data delivery solutions balancing client needs with security, scalability, performance, and cost.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture recommendations, and external-client onboarding through production deployment.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance to secure approvals and deliver workable solutions.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns and improve automation, onboarding speed, and operational reliability.
- Advise clients and internal teams on Snowflake, AWS S3, SFTP, clean rooms, and other secure data-exchange platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data integration or delivery solutions with modern cloud and data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and governance controls, including encryption, access management, masking, or tokenization.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear recommendations for clients, engineers, and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience in payments, fintech, banking, or another highly regulated industry, particularly data commercialization or monetization.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, SFTP delivery, or privacy-enhancing clean-room technologies.
- Relevant cloud, security, architecture, or data-platform certifications are a bonus.
