Responsibilities
- Gather user and stakeholder needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on software architecture and solution design.
- Develop, enhance, optimize, and deploy internal web-based applications.
- Integrate APIs to connect systems and support automation.
- Build tools that automate secure development lifecycle processes, including vulnerability, license, and compliance management.
- Own projects from design through deployment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 5 years of application development experience, ideally with web applications.
- Proficiency with PHP/Yii2 or modern frameworks such as Java Spring, .NET, Node.js, or Python/Django.
- Experience using Python for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with MySQL and SQL.
- Experience with Docker for containerization.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with secure development lifecycle practices, automation, or basic security concepts is desirable.
- Experience with one or more of Mend SCA, Jira/JQL, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and JFrog Artifactory is desirable.
