Base Salary
$135k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building Reinforcement Learning Environment environments and supporting infrastructure.
- Implement features across backend systems and frontend interfaces.
- Work with senior engineers to improve system reliability and performance.
- Help build modular workflow domains such as engineering, finance, and legal.
- Support data pipelines powering model training and evaluation.
- Ship reliable features, grow toward independent ownership of small components, and improve developer velocity.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of software engineering experience through internships or full-time work.
- Familiarity with backend development and APIs.
- Working knowledge of ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL and basic system design.
- Exposure to AWS or GCP is preferred.
- Experience with data pipelines or ML-adjacent systems is preferred.
- Interest in AI/ML or simulation systems is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and operate in fast-paced environments.
