Base Salary
$83k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build internal and external AI systems for hiring, sales, operations, and company scaling.
- Build production-grade AI workflows, automations, and AI agent systems.
- Own real projects used across the company from the first day.
- Work directly with founders and experienced engineers to solve operational and AI challenges.
- Design AI solutions and build integrations for enterprise customers when pursuing the customer-facing path.
- Build AI systems, internal tooling, automations, and infrastructure when pursuing the internal engineering path.
- Ship code to production and contribute across product, engineering, go-to-market, operations, and AI systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Must have already graduated; candidates still completing a bachelor's or master's degree are not considered.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Preferred: 2+ software engineering internships.
- Preferred: production software experience through internships, research, startups, or personal projects.
- Preferred: experience with backend development, APIs, AI tooling, or full-stack applications.
