Base Salary
$160k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems that extract structured signals from resumes and develop lead-scoring models for recruiting.
- Design AI recruiter workflows for candidate screening, qualification, outbound email, and candidate engagement.
- Automate customer security workflows, compliance questionnaire responses, contract review flows, and enterprise-readiness tooling.
- Build accounts-receivable, finance-email, customer onboarding, and account setup automation systems.
- Integrate internal systems with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, and Make.
- Design LLM-powered systems using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other models.
- Build HubSpot and Lark automations, lifecycle engagement systems, website personalization, ad-content generation, and outbound email pipelines.
- Own API-based integrations and internal systems that reduce operational overhead across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- New graduate or up to 1 year of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong internships, research, startup work, or meaningful side projects demonstrating exceptional engineering ability.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend, full-stack, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI tooling through internships, research, or personal projects.
- Ability to work across product, engineering, and operations and build end-to-end systems.
- Founder mindset, strong ownership, rapid learning, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
- Interest in solving customer problems and shipping impactful products.
