Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable software services.
- Implement and evolve AI-driven solutions in line with application architecture guidelines.
- Improve code quality, performance, and security through tuning and assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Project Managers, and Product Owners.
- Support impact analyses, effort estimations, and project delivery activities.
- Contribute to technical discussions and define implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and their integration with external knowledge sources.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Good knowledge of Python; JavaScript and TypeScript are a plus.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RESTful APIs, backend services, and Git version control using the GitFlow model.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in software development and Generative AI.
- Experience with AI/ML services for training and deployment of advanced models is nice to have.
- Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech APIs, including streaming capabilities, is nice to have.
- A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is nice to have.
- Good spoken and written English is nice to have.
