Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Build reusable automation frameworks such as REFramework and develop unattended bots.
  • Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation use cases and performance.
  • Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders on automation initiatives.
  • Advise on feasibility, prepare effort estimates, and provide automation consulting.
  • Apply RPA standards and governance models, ensure code quality and compliance, and conduct automation project reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and reusable components while identifying improvement opportunities and exploring AI integrations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of RPA experience.
  • Strong UiPath expertise and experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating solutions with APIs and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and business-to-technical translation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Python, .NET, VBA, AI, or Microsoft Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
