Responsibilities
- Advise clients as a trusted technology transformation partner and technical thought leader.
- Develop new client opportunities and contribute to client relationship management.
- Define technical, operational, and business requirements for solutions.
- Drive Dynamics 365 CE roadmaps and evergreen planning with clients.
- Lead planning, design, development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Ensure solution quality and alignment with client standards and business value goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional technology and design teams to support consistent client interaction and delivery.
- Lead Avanade solution teams and appropriately leverage offshore and nearshore resources.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying challenges affecting client success and productivity.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Experience with large-scale, complex Dynamics 365 CE implementations and customer engagement solutions.
- Client management skills, including developing and managing roadmaps and associated activities.
- Experience consulting with clients on complex projects and in technology leadership roles.
- Experience working with global, offshore, and nearshore teams on Dynamics 365 CE implementation and maintenance projects is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation, and client consulting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented, innovative, organized, energetic, and committed to continuous learning.
- Ability to lead, empower, and develop solution teams.
