Responsibilities
- Advise clients as a trusted technology transformation partner and thought leader.
- Develop new client opportunities and define technical, operational, and business requirements.
- Drive Dynamics 365 CE evergreen strategies and client roadmaps.
- Lead planning, design, development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Ensure solution quality meets client standards and supports business-value realization.
- Lead Avanade solution teams and coordinate cross-functional, offshore, and nearshore resources.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying challenges to client success and business productivity.
- Present complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Experience serving in technology leadership roles on complex client projects.
- Deep understanding of customer engagement solutions, including Marketing & Sales, Customer Service and/or Contact Center, and Field Service.
- Client management skills, including developing and managing roadmaps and associated activities.
- Experience consulting with clients on complex projects.
- Experience with global teams and Dynamics 365 CE implementation and maintenance projects is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client consulting skills.
- Ability to lead, empower, and develop teams while maintaining a growth mindset and focus on innovation.
