Responsibilities
- Implement user-experience improvements across the Klaviyo product for new customers.
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate ideas and interpret results for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, data science, sales, and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and how to better serve them.
- Mentor other engineers and help improve experimentation and development processes.
- Define goals, constraints, and context for AI agents, ensuring correctness with a focus on security and performance.
Requirements
- Background in full stack software engineering with experience in user-facing features.
- Passionate about product growth and improvement using a data-driven approach.
- Experience with A/B testing products aimed at enhancing user experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability in AI-driven software delivery practices or a willingness to learn.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and strategic environment.
