Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial design to large-scale rollout.
- Engineer across the stack, designing backend models and crafting frontend components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to build optimal products.
- Create new products and enhance existing ones to feature completeness.
- Write well-documented and well-tested code following best practices.
- Contribute to maturing tooling, best practices, and engineering processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a full-time software engineering role.
- Experience in developing user-facing and backend experiences in web applications.
- Proficiency in React or similar JavaScript-based frontend frameworks.
- A product-first approach with a focus on real-world impact.
- Desire to learn about life sciences, with no prior knowledge required.
