Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to develop technical designs and implement features.
- Build user-centric AI features for high-traffic pages to assist shoppers in finding the right car.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to prototype faster and improve code quality.
- Partner with product managers and UX designers to create accessible and intuitive user experiences.
- Engage in the full development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and monitoring.
- Run A/B tests and analyze performance data to iterate on AI-powered experiences.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture that celebrates wins and fosters learning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Java development environment.
- Experience implementing consumer-facing AI features.
- Familiarity with APIs and REST services.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React is a plus.
- Experience within the AWS ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to develop well-structured, performant applications.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and multi-agent orchestration.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
