Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-house subject matter expert for Datadog's digital experience products.
- Partner with field teams to guide large Enterprise customers on architecture choices and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product Management by delivering actionable feedback.
- Create high-impact technical collateral, including reference architectures and technical guides.
- Build training materials and documentation for the Datadog field technical teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure product success.
- Build proofs of concept and small-scale deployments to validate solutions.
- Define the technical go-to-market strategy for Feature Flags and Experimentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience solving complex problems for customers.
- Strong knowledge of building applications using product analytics and feature flagging.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms for Enterprise usage.
- In-depth knowledge of feature flag and experimentation tools.
- Experience with web and mobile languages and frameworks such as JavaScript and Python.
- Ability to analyze codebase and understand CI/CD processes.
- Comfortable operating in rapidly evolving technical domains.
- Detail-oriented, particularly with customer-facing technical assets.
- Strong consultative skills and experience supporting customers in complex situations.
