Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI agents using LLM APIs to automate content workflows.
- Own and optimize the learning technology stack for reliability and seamless publishing.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in content operations through automation.
- Collaborate with Product, User Operations, and GTM to improve systems and drive AI innovation.
- Explore implementation of interactive learning components based on instructional design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or automation engineering.
- Proficiency with modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.
- Track record of supporting production systems, including LMS and CMS tools.
- Strong ability to operate autonomously and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with non-technical teammates.
