Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and drive a unified product engineering strategy for a portfolio of products.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products and features.
- Define and enforce high engineering standards for performance and data privacy.
- Modernize systems using agentic AI tools to improve productivity.
- Build and maintain shared libraries for rapid deployments.
- Provide technical stewardship in complex situations.
- Mentor and foster an ownership mindset within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in front-to-back-end development using Node/Typescript.
- Proficiency in building resilient APIs for user-facing platforms.
- Experience with customer-centric development across web and mobile.
- Familiarity with modern agentic development tools.
- Experience in building reusable frameworks or multi-tenant architectures.
- Background in high-stakes industries like HealthTech or ConsumerTech.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
