Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application and backend server.
- Design, build, and launch backend architectures supporting multi-tenant and multi-user scenarios.
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise application development, from scope and database design through production delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, UX designers, and end users.
- Shape technology choices, product roadmaps, engineering practices, and feature prioritization.
- Write technical design documents, conduct code reviews, and establish consistent development standards.
- Use AI and agentic development tools to streamline engineering work.
- Translate client business problems into technical solutions and demonstrate their business impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Expert-level Python development experience.
- Strong systems design and relational database experience.
- Extensive experience with the full feature development lifecycle, including product collaboration, scope definition, and database schema design.
- Experience designing, building, and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user systems.
- Proven experience using AI or agentic tools to improve development workflows.
- Ability to move between rapid prototyping and stable production development.
- Strong technical writing, code review, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
