Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application.
- Maintain the backend REST server for machine learning data and BI.
- Own the entire lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications.
- Work on greenfield projects with high levels of ownership.
- Collaborate with product, data science, UX, and end users.
- Shape the future of products through technology choices and roadmaps.
- Provide technical expertise and introduce best practices to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with expertise in Python development.
- Extensive experience in the full feature development life cycle.
- Strong systems design and relational database experience.
- Proven experience using AI tools to streamline development.
- Experience in designing and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant scenarios.
- Ability to write technical design documents and perform code reviews.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
