Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
- Collaborate with enterprises and startups to build transformative AI solutions.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer feedback.
- Prototype new tools and features for AI agent development.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder's mindset with high agency and creativity.
