Base Salary
$112k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to develop features.
- Implement new consumer-facing features and integrate with key partners.
- Engage in the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Investigate and implement API performance enhancements.
- Advocate for new technologies and methodologies.
- Continuously learn and expand your capabilities.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on software design and development experience.
- Expert in OOP, specifically Java, in fast-paced environments.
- Solid experience with SQL, caching strategies, and storage alternatives.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Experience with web tier technologies and strategies.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with front-end engineers, Product, and UX.
- Experience with A/B testing and/or performance testing.
- Experience with AWS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
