Base Salary
$145k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph.
- Build and maintain tools for AI agents to interact with databases and APIs.
- Ensure AI agents operate safely and execute within defined constraints.
- Lead the design and implementation of core workflow orchestration features.
- Build scalable FastAPI services with RESTful APIs.
- Create modular service components with strong authentication and error handling.
- Develop React frontend components for real-time interactions.
- Implement multi-tenant architecture for scalability.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Evaluate risks and propose safe rollout strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expert-level Python 3.11+ with knowledge of async/await and type hints.
- Experience building AI agents using LangChain/LangGraph.
- FastAPI experience for building production RESTful APIs.
- Strong PostgreSQL expertise and SQLAlchemy knowledge.
- Experience designing and scaling microservices in production.
- Ability to assess engineering risk and make architectural decisions.
- Experience with safe execution environments for AI decision-making.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and agent development.
