Responsibilities
- Architect and build the core of the design automation platform.
- Transform messy domains into clean, durable abstractions.
- Design the pipeline's stages and verification gates.
- Set technical direction and raise engineering standards.
- Leverage AI to enhance the design automation system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building production software.
- Strong software engineering skills in Go, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and containerized services.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to deliver reliable code.
- Familiarity with coding agents for rapid prototyping.
