Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proven track record of building high-quality products and systems.
- Experience leading projects and being accountable for outcomes.
- Experience mentoring team members and conducting code reviews.
- Proficient in Python and modern web stack components like FastAPI and Django.
- Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for exploring new AI technologies.
