Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered applications for internal automation and intelligent workflow assistance.
- Build and maintain scalable API integrations between AI models and internal systems.
- Develop full-stack AI features from backend orchestration to frontend interfaces.
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, including model evaluation frameworks.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation systems grounded in internal knowledge.
- Evaluate and fine-tune AI models for specific use cases.
- Establish AI engineering best practices, including coding standards and testing frameworks.
- Build AI observability and monitoring tooling for system performance.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive security and compliance in AI systems, ensuring adherence to data privacy best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, ML, or LLM systems.
- Deep expertise with large language models and experience integrating them into production applications.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills in Python and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Proven experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines for software or ML systems.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation systems and vector databases.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and containerization tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM observability tools.
